We’re ISO accredited! So, what does that mean?
What is ISO Accreditation?
ISO is a widely-accepted standard for quality management. It’s used by more than 180 countries, and has been translated into more than 30 languages. The acronym stands for International Organization for Standardization, and it was created to set an international benchmark for business operations, globally.
What does it mean for ETS to be quality accredited?
The accreditation means that ETS has demonstrated its commitment to providing customers with high-quality service by implementing an effective quality management system across all areas of our business operations. This includes everything from how we interact with customers to how we train our staff members and manage projects through completion.
